Dear Sir / Madam,

This has reference to our earlier intimation dated April 17, 2026 regarding acquisition of 90% stake in RS Aerostructures Limited ("RSAL") by BF Industrial Solutions Limited ("BFISL"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

In this regard we would like to inform you that BFISL has completed acquisition of 36,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at par representing 90% of the paid-up share capital of RSAL on a fully diluted basis.

Consequent to the abovementioned acquisition by BFISL, RSAL has now become the Step-down Subsidiary Company of Bharat Forge Limited.
