Re The fourth registered capital reduction of Jasmine Broadband Internet Infrastructure Fund (JASIF)

BBL Asset Management Co., Ltd., the Management Company of Jasmine Broadband Internet Infrastructure Fund (JASIF) (“the Fund”), had decreased the registered capital of the Fund by Baht 1,280.00 million which equals to Baht 0.1600 per unit. The registered capital of the Fund after the capital decrease was Baht 75,403.80 million and par value per unit was Baht 9.6916. The book closure date for the capital decrease was on November 21, 2023 and the payment date was on December 6, 2023.

Please be informed that the Management Company submitted the registration for the capital decrease to the office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on December 7, 2023. The SEC acknowledged such capital decrease on December 12, 2023 as stated in the SEC’s letter, FP.329/2023, Re: The fourth registered capital reduction of Jasmine Broadband Internet Infrastructure Fund.
