RE Notification of the 4^th capital return and book closure date and no dividend payment of Jasmine Broadband Internet Infrastructure Fund (JASIF)

BBL Asset Management Co., Ltd., the Management Company of Jasmine Broadband Internet Infrastructure Fund (JASIF)(”The Fund”), would like to inform that for the period from 1 July 2023 to 30 September 2023, the fund had deficit as of 30 September 2023 of Baht 8,681.65 million from the devaluation in fair value of investments. Therefore, there will be no dividend payment for this period, which is in accordance with the dividend payment criteria and policy specified in the fund prospectus.

In this regard, the Fund has cash from the operation during 1 July 2023 to 30 September 2023 of Baht 1,938.71 million since a loss on valuation of investments is non-cash expense. The Management Company, therefore, will distribute such cash to unitholders in the form of capital return of

Baht 1,280.00 million. The 4^th capital return and book closure dates of the fund are as details described below:

1. Operation Period : July 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023

2. Book Closure Date : November 21, 2023

3. Capital Return per Unit : Baht 0.1600 (By decreasing par value from Baht 9.8516 per unit to Baht 9.6916 per unit)

4. Payment Date : December 6, 2023
