Re The seventh registered capital reduction of 3BB Internet Infrastructure Fund (3BBIF)

BBL Asset Management Co., Ltd., the Management Company of 3BB Internet Infrastructure Fund (3BBIF) (“the Fund”), had decreased the registered capital of the Fund by Baht 1,520.00 million which equals to Baht 0.1900 per unit. The registered capital of the Fund after the capital decrease was Baht 71,083.80 million and par value per unit was Baht 9.1516. The book closure date for the capital decrease was on August 20, 2024, and the payment date was on September 23, 2024.

Please be informed that the Management Company submitted the registration for the capital decrease to the office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on September 24, 2024. The SEC acknowledged such capital decrease on October 1, 2024, as stated in the SEC’s letter, No. FP.463/2024 Re: Seventh registered capital reduction of 3BB Internet Infrastructure Fund.
