RE Notification of the 5^th capital decreased and book closure date and no dividend payment of Jasmine Broadband Internet Infrastructure Fund (JASIF)

BBL Asset Management Co., Ltd., the Management Company of Jasmine Broadband Internet Infrastructure Fund (JASIF)(”The Fund”), would like to inform that for the period from 1 October 2023 to 31 December 2023, the fund had deficit as of 31 December 2023 of Baht 8,196.15 million from the devaluation in fair value of investments. Therefore, there will be no dividend payment for this

period, which is in accordance with the dividend payment criteria and policy specified in the fund prospectus.

In this regard, the Fund has cash from the operation during 1 October 2023 to 31 December 2023 of Baht 1,485.53 million since a loss on valuation of investments is non-cash expense. The Management Company, therefore, would like to decrease the capital of the Fund by Baht 1,280.00 million. The 5^th capital decreased and book closure dates of the fund are as details described below:

1. Operation Period : October 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023

2. Book Closure Date : February 23, 2024

3. Capital Decreased per Unit : Baht 0.1600 (By decreasing par value from Baht 9.6916 per unit to Baht 9.5316 per unit)

4. Payment Date : March 18, 2024
