Subject: Proceedings of the 90th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on June 26, 2026.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations") read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, we wish to inform that the 90th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company was held today i.e. Friday, June 26, 2026 commenced at 10:00 a.m. and concluded at 11:20 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Video Means (OAVM) facility.
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the proceedings of the AGM, are enclosed as Annexure A. The same is also being uploaded on the Company's website at www.acclimited.com.
The video recording of the proceedings of the AGM will also be made available on the Company's website in due course.
The Company provided remote e-voting facility to the members on resolutions proposed to be considered at the AGM from Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. (IST) till Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (IST). The Company also provided e-voting facility to the shareholders who were present at the AGM through VC / OAVM and who had not cast their votes earlier.
Details of voting results as required under Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI Listing Regulations will be submitted separately.
