Bank Alfalah Limited Withholding of Payment of Cash Dividend due to Non-Availability of Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and/or International Bank Account Number (IBAN)

The shareholders of Bank Alfalah Limited ("the Bank") in the 34th Annual General Meeting, held on 26th March 2026, have approved the Final Cash Dividend at the rate of Rs. 3/- per share (i.e. 30%) for the year ended 31st December 2025. As per the requirement of the Companies Act, 2017, the Cash Dividend will be directly credited to bank accounts of the entitled shareholders whose names are appearing in the register of members at the close of business on 16th March 2026.

It may please be noted that, as per provisions of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017 ("the Regulations"), payment of cash dividend is withheld by the Bank for those shareholders whose National Identity Card Number (CNIC) and/or valid and complete bank account details (including 24-digit IBAN) are not available with the Bank.

We have already sent letters to those shareholders who have not yet submitted the required information. Such shareholders are once again reminded to submit/send the same at the earliest. The payment of the withheld dividend amount will be released/made electronically within 15 days after receiving the requisite information. The shareholders are requested to submit the information, along with a legible copy of a valid CNIC:

• To CDC Participant (Broker)/investor Account Services (if shares are held in CDC in electronic form); OR
• To the Bank's Share Registrar, F.D. Registrar Services (Pvt.) Ltd., Office #1705, 17th Floor, Salma Trade Tower - A, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi-74000 (if shares are held in physical form).

كمبير ثرانزد قومي شناختي كارد (CNIC) اور /يا بين الاقوامي بينك أكاؤنت نمبر(BAN) کی عدم دستیابی کی وجه سے نقد منافع(کیش ڈیویڈنڈ)کی ادانیگی و وکنا

بينك النلاح لسيئڈ("بينك")كے شيتر بولڈرزنے 26 مارچ 2026 كو منعتدبرنے والے 34ربى سالانه جنرل اجلاس ميں 31 دسمبر 2025کو ختم ہونے والے سال کے لیے 3 روپے فی شیئر (پیٹی 30 فیصد) کے حساب سے حتمی تندمنافع کی منظوری دی ہے۔ کمپئیز ایکٹ 2017کے تناخسوں کے مطابق، تندمنافع براء راست ان اپن شینر ہولڈرز کے بینک اکاؤنٹس میں منتنل کیا جائے گا جن کے نام 16 مارچ 2026 کو گاروبار کے اختتام پر رجسٹر آف میبرز میں درج ہوں گے۔

براءکرم نوٹ فرمانیں که کمپنیز (ڈسٹری بیرشن آف ڈیریڈٹ) ریگرنیشنز 2017 ("ریگرنیشنز") کے مطابق، ان شیئر بولڈرز کو نند مذافع کی انانیگی روگ دی جائے گی جن کا قومی شناختی کارڈ نمبر CNIC) اور ⁄یا درست اور مکسل بینک اکاؤنٹ کی تلمىيلات(بشىرل24 بندسوں پر مشتىل1BAN) بينک کے پاس دستياب نہيں بيں.

یسم پہلے ہی ان شینر ہولنڈرز کو خطوط ارسال کر چکے ہیں جنہوں نے ابھی تک مطلوبه معلومات فراہم نہیں کیں، ایسے شیئر یسولشرز کو دوباره باد دیمانی کرانی جاتی ہے که وه جلد از جاد مطلوبه معلومات فراہم کریں۔ روکی گئی منافع کی رقم مطلوبه معلومات موصول ہونے کے 15دن کے اندراندرالیکلرانک طریقے سے جاری کردی جائے گی۔

شینر برلڈر سے گزارش بے که وہ مطلوبه معلومات کمپیوٹرانزڈ شناختی کارڈ کی ایک واضح کاپی کے ساتھ درج ذیل میں سے کس ایک متام پر جمع کروانیں:
