This is with reference to our letter dated January 18, 2023, wherein Engro Fertilizers Limited (the “Company”) disclosed that our plant situated, at Port Qasim (the “Plant”), which produces specialty fertilizers with annual capacity of ~150KT, shall remain shut down till February 28, 2023.

In accordance with Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Rule Book, we hereby convey the following information:

The Company wishes to announce that the Plant will resume regular operations from March 1, 2023.
