This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company shall be held on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at 04:30 p.m., at 6-A Muhammad Ali Housing Society, A. Aziz Hashim Tabba Street, Karachi to consider the Financial Statements for the half year ended December 31, 2023.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from January 18, 2024 to January 25, 2024 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, Chief Executive Officer or Executive shall directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
