CORRECTION FORM 605 – NOTICE OF CEASING TO BE A SUBSTANTIAL HOLDER IN GUD HOLDINGS LIMITED (GUD)

On 26 November 2020, Perpetual Limited (the Company) released to the market a Form 605, Notice of ceasing to be a substantial holder, in GUD Holdings Limited (GUD). Due to a system error, the number of shares on issue was incorrectly reported, resulting in an inaccurate change in the overall percentage shareholding in GUD. There has been no substantial movement in the shareholding of GUD shares since the previous lodgement of a Form 604, Notice of change of interests of substantial holder on 25 November 2020.
