In compliance of clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange, and further to our earlier intimation of transaction, this is to inform that Arif Habib Corporation Limited (AHCL), substantial shareholder, has purchased ordinary shares of Power Cement Limited (PCL) as per following details :
