In accordance with the Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of PSX Regulation, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has re-appointed Mr. Khalid Bashir as Chairman of the Board for a term of three years commencing from July 01, 2026.

Further, Mr. Sharik Bashir has been re-appointed as the Chief Executive Officer for a term of three years commencing from July 01, 2026.

You may please inform the TRE Certificates Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
