Re: Acknowledgement of the plan to sell units in Jasmine Broadband Internet Infrastructure Fund (JASIF) and ordinary shares in Triple T Broadband Public Company Limited by Jasmine International Public Company Limited to Advanced Wireless Network Co., Ltd.

Please be informed that Jasmine International Public Company Limited ( JAS ) and Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited ( ADVANC ) have notified the Stock Exchange of Thailand (the SET ) on 4 July 2022 of its plan to sell to Advanced Wireless Network Co., Ltd. ( AWN ), a subsidiary of ADVANC, 1,520,000,000 units in Jasmine Broadband Internet Infrastructure Fund (JASIF) (the Fund ), equivalent to 19.00% of total units of the Fund.

In addition, JAS and ADVANCE have notified the SET on 4 July 2022 of the plan to sell by JAS to AWN 7,529,234,885 ordinary shares of Triple T Broadband Public Company Limited ( TTTBB ), equivalent to 99.87 of the total shares in TTTBB.

In this connection, BBL Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company ), as a management company of the Fund, is closely monitoring the progress of such plans and requesting for additional information from the relevant parties. Should there be any update, the Management Company will inform the investors and the SET accordingly.
