Aggreko plc has received notification from David Taylor-Smith, Director of Aggreko plc, that on 24 June 2013, he purchased 6,252 Ordinary shares of 13 549/775 pence each, at a price of 1631 pence per share.

As a result, Mr Taylor-Smith's interest in the ordinary share capital of Aggreko is 6,252 shares.
