Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

On 11 November 2015, a conditional share award over 66,684 ordinary shares of 4 329/395 pence in the Company was made under the Aggreko Restricted Share Plan 2015 (the "RSP") to Nicolas Fournier, Managing Director - Power Solutions, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (a "PDMR") of the Company, in accordance with the terms of his recruitment.

No consideration was paid for the grant of the award.

There are no performance conditions.

The vesting of the award is subject to continued employment of the PDMR. The award will normally vest as follows:
