Aggreko plc has received notification from Dame Nicola Brewer, Non-executive Director of Aggreko plc, that on 23 May 2016 she purchased 1,000 Ordinary shares of 4 329/395 pence each, at a price of 1159 pence per share.

As a result, Dame Nicola Brewer's interest in the ordinary share capital of Aggreko is 1,000 shares.
