Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons 

Vesting of a Restricted Stock Award

Following the vesting on 1 April 2016 of 50% of the award of shares made to Chris Weston under a restricted stock agreement, Chris Weston undertook the following transactions in ordinary shares in the Company:

Chris Weston acquired a total of 65,610 ordinary shares under a restricted stock agreement for nil consideration.

Subsequently, Chris Weston sold 30,837 ordinary shares at 1078p per share to satisfy the tax liability arising from the award.  

The total number of interests held by Chris Weston following these transactions is as follows:

34,773 Shares owned outright, 71,715 Share Interests subject to deferral, 139,232 Share Interests subject to performance and 2,168 Options not subject to performance conditions.

This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R.
