NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") named below undertook the following transactions in ordinary shares of 4 329/395 pence ("Shares") in Aggreko plc (the "Company").
Deferred Share Bonus Plan vesting
Following the vesting on 23 March 2021 of an award of Shares made to the following PDMRs on 23 March 2018 under the Aggreko Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the "DSBP"), the following PDMRs undertook transactions in Shares in the Company.
On 23 March 2021, the following PDMRs acquired Shares for nil consideration, comprising the original award Shares and additional dividend equivalent Shares:
