A listing application has been made for 15 ordinary shares of 13 549/775 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The shares have been issued and allotted to the Aggreko plc Employee Benefit Trust.

The shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. Admission of the shares is expected on 23 April 2014.
