Block Listing of Shares

Aggreko plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange PLC for a block listing of 200,000 ordinary shares of 4 329/395  pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

These Shares will be issued pursuant to Aggreko Sharesave and other Share Plans.

When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of 4 329/395  pence each. It is expected that admission will become effective on 6 April 2021.

This notification is provided in accordance with paragraph 3.3.5R of the Listing Rules.
