With reference to the above cited subject, and in continuation of our related announcement date 28th April 2023, this is to inform you that an emergent meeting of the Board of Directors of Arif Habib Limited (AHL) will be held on Friday, 17th November 2023 at 3:30 p.m. at Arif Habib Centre, 23 M.T. Khan Road, Karachi to consider the terms for a corporate restructuring / reorganisation of the businesses carried out by AHL with the objective to assess workable option proposed by the management to achieve efficiencies in the business operations of AHL.

Further, it is hereby notified that in compliance with clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, Closed Period is hereby determined from 14th November 2023 to 17th November 2023 (both days inclusive).
