Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Arif Habib Limited will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 03:30 p.m. at Arif Habib Centre, 23, M. T. Khan Road, Karachi to consider and approve annual audited financial statements and annual audited consolidated financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2023.
Further, it is notified that in compliance with clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, it has been decided to observe a closed period from September 20, 2023 to September 26, 2023 (both days inclusive). No Director, CEO or Executive shall directly / indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
