ANNOUNCEMENT
COMPLETION OF DIVESTMENT OF STAKES IN COMPANIES HOLDING 2 RETAIL MALLS IN CHINA
Further to its announcements dated 5 January 2018, 4 September 2018 and 18 September 2018 regarding the divestment of stakes in companies holding 20 retail malls in China, CapitaLand Limited (“ CapitaLand ”) wishes to announce the completion (the “ Completion ”) of the divestment by its associates of their respective equity interests in the companies set out below (collectively, the “ Sale Companies ”). The Sale Companies hold the remaining 2 of the 20 retail malls in China.
