In accordance with Listing Rule 3.8A, please find attached a copy of the ASIC Form 484 lodged in respect of the recent buyback and cancellation of shares:
- On-market buy back of 1,150,000 listed ordinary shares; and
- Employee share scheme buy back of 320,000 unquoted ordinary shares.
I note the resulting number of ordinary shares after the buy back and cancellation as:
