DATRIX MEETS THE FINANCIAL COMMUNITY

AT THREE EVENTS IN JUNE

Milan, 9 June 2026 – Datrix S.p.A. ("Datrix" or the "Company"), a company whose shares are listed on Euronext Growth Milan multilateral trading facility (ticker: DATA.MI – ISIN IT0005468357) and leading the first international ecosystem of vertical Artificial Intelligence software companies, with the aim of further strengthening its dialogue with the national and international financial community, announces that it will meet institutional and professional investors by participating in the following financial events scheduled for June:

• 10 June 2026: AI Evolution, l'Italia che guida il cambiamento, organised by Banca Akros in Lugano;
• 17 June 2026: KT&Partners | Annual Investors Summit Day, organised by KT&Partners in Milan;
• 23 June 2026: CF&B Midcap Events - Frankfurt 2026, organised by Banca Akros in collaboration with CF&B in Frankfurt.

The meetings will provide an opportunity to engage with the market in the results, strategic directions and latest developments of the Datrix Group. The following company representatives will attend: Fabrizio Milano d'Aragona – Chairman & CEO, Giuseppe Venezia – Board Member, Head of M&A, Niccolò Bossi – General Manager. During the meetings, management will present Datrix's distinctive positioning in the applied AI landscape, the Group's technology-agnostic model, the proprietary stack of over 100 AI models, and the non-disruptive integration approach aimed at generating measurable impact on companies' operational processes.
