Change of Treasurer of TSMC Arizona Corporation, a major subsidiary of TSMC
Effective July 1, 2026 (July 2, 2026, Taipei Time), Gina Proctor’s position has been adjusted, and she will no longer serve as the Treasurer of TSMC Arizona Corporation. A new Treasurer will be announced following the appointment by the Board of Directors of TSMC Arizona Corporation.
